Bill Coltzer Jr., AIA, is the managing partner of Zero/Six and WH Coltzer International. As the son of a General Contractor, Bill grew up participating in the family construction business, he then went on to study Environmental Design at Texas A&M University, and in 1993 became a licensed architect. Having worked on some of the largest medical buildings in Texas, Bill has established Zero/Six as a premier building envelope consulting firm in this industry. As an Architect with an extensive background in construction, Bill brings a unique perspective into the construction process, which allows him to lead his team of Architects, Engineers, and consultants in a revolution to maximize the performance, cost savings, and longevity of buildings.
