Since that time Russell’s responsibilities have included site inspection, reporting, verification of project documents and coordination of commissioning activities. Zero/Six Senior Field Specialist for a $157,000,00.00, 237,000 SF hospital addition and 65,000 SF of remodeling. Zero/Six’s responsibilities included drawing reviews related to the exterior envelope as well as day to day full time quality control for all trades. Through extensive and detailed reporting, Zero/Six provided superior communication to all team members throughout the project. Existing facilities remained occupied and in full operation throughout the expansion.
Senior Field Specialist for exterior restoration/renovation of a church on Galveston Island including a copper roof and stained glass works. This project was underway, but incomplete when hit by Hurricane Ike in 2008. The project then continued with both hurricane recovering efforts as well as the ongoing original renovation project. All work was completed with-out interrupting church functions…which had increased due to programs required for storm recovery and/or programs relocated due to the storm.
Senior Field Specialist providing quality control with on-site inspection of the new construction of the 12 story, 615,000 sf facility. Through detailed daily field reporting to the entire team the project remained on time and in budget.
Zero/Six Senior Field Specialist for a new 26-story, 1.4 million square foot tower located in the Texas Medical Center. Zero/Six’s role as an integral member of the design build team included technical detailing of exterior envelope, QA/QC during envelope related activities — Zero/Six had up to 3 full-time staff during the height of construction, assisted the A/E through the CA phase and commissioning of the exterior envelope. The total construction cost was approximately $350,000,000.00.
