Project Management

Zero/Six has maintained an excellent relationship with former clients, having an 90% return client base.

Our project management approach to design, construction, and testing focuses on discovery and collaboration. Zero/Six project managers combine technical expertise, solid communication skills and team leadership to adhere to budgets, drive projects to completion and provide high performing facilities to owners.

This is achieved by implementing the following methods:

  • Identify quality assurance checkpoints throughout the life of the project.
  • Identify checkpoints to assess changes in scope prior to milestones which have a significant bearing on scope going forward.
  • Develop formal communication channels for team members and management.
  • Manage project issue resolution.
  • Communicate and coordinate project activities with the project team.
  • Provide precise weekly or daily reporting per an agreed format.
  • Provide overall leadership to the project team.

At Zero/Six, we work with the owner to understand, articulate and expand upon the strategic vision throughout the life cycle of the project. Our project managers and designers approach every project with dedication and commitment that maintains a constant focus towards delivering the project in accordance with our clients’ needs, wants, and, expectations. The Project Manager owns the project work plan and acts as the proactive coordinator of the team during its creation. Our systematic approach, combined with our strategic scheduling and building envelope experience, give us the ability to effectively and efficiently uncover potential gaps that hinder the building performance.
