Our project management approach to design, construction and testing focuses on discovery and collaboration. At Zero/Six, we work with the owner to understand, articulate and expand upon the strategic vision throughout the life cycle of the project. Our project managers and designers approach every project with dedication and commitment that maintains a constant focus towards delivering the project in accordance with our clients’ needs, wants, and, expectations. The Project Manager owns the project work plan and acts as the proactive coordinator of the team during its creation. Our systematic approach, combined with our strategic scheduling and building envelope experience, give us the ability to effectively and efficiently uncover potential gaps that hinder the building performance.


  • Developing detailed project plans that are continually updated and used to manage daily project activities.
