Specialized in Exterior Envelope design and construction, Zero/Six Consulting has extensive knowledge of windows, roofing systems, curtain walls and any portion of your facility controlling your air quality and moisture prevention.  While architects, builders and water proofers are numerous, they each specialize in either the design or the installation.  Z6 bridges the gap between these trades by providing both design and construction staffing.  As a result, we can ensure your design adequately addresses moisture preventative measures and that the sequencing, handling and installation of the envelope during construction supports an air and water tight facility.

• Identify
  Our highly technical team can assess your facility pinpointing the exact source and path of any moisture infiltration.  You’ll know exactly where the issues exist throughout your facility.
  
  

• Explain
  It’s not enough to know where moisture is coming from.  You need know why.  How did it happen?  How could it have been prevented?  Is there a responsible party and, if so, who?
  Zero/Six will provide a detailed report including digital photography or other images to clearly document all issues.
  
  

• Resolve
  When there’s a problem, there’s usually multiple ways to approach it.  Whether your project is still under construction or fully occupied, Z6 will work with your project team to define remediation options including detail development, overseeing remediation work and performing water tests to verify repairs.
